Barb Casper has dealt with a number of health issues throughout her life including coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypothyroidism, degenerative disk disease, sciatica, osteoarthritis and chronic pain. She strongly believes in being proactive in regards to wellness. Since her heart attack and open heart surgery in 2011, she has found "triking" to be the one of the best tools to promoting wellness. Barb also follows a ketogenic/paleo diet to combat her diabetes and reduce inflammation and pain.
